BPO Customer Service Representative – Roxas City

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries, address concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Record customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer concerns when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college undergraduate/graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work onsite in Roxas City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, when required.
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage, but applicants with no experience may also apply, subject to account requirements.
