- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries related to Flipkart
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
- 12th pass/Fresher/Graduates
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in handling domestic processes such as email processing, voice processing, sales process.
