Job Summary

Route39 is looking for confident and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our Bangalore team.

The role involves handling customer calls, bookings, sales enquiries, follow-ups and customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good customer-handling ability and strong spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with bookings and enquiries
• Handle customer requests and support queries
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Explain Route39 products, services and offers
• Handle sales enquiries and convert potential customers
• Coordinate with customers, drivers and the operations team
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team
• Achieve assigned call, booking and sales targets
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Good listening and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM and other digital tools
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work towards performance and sales targets
• Previous BPO, telecalling, customer support or sales experience is an advantage
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
