BPO Learning & Development Trainer

Help employees build the skills they need to perform, grow, and succeed. As an L&D Trainer, you’ll facilitate employee-development classes, improve curricula and instructional materials, analyze skill gaps and feedback, and measure whether training is delivering the intended result.

As an L&D Trainer, you’ll facilitate employee-development classes, improve curricula and instructional materials, analyze skill gaps and feedback, and measure whether training is delivering the intended result.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Facilitation & Training Quality

• Facilitate classes that build employee competencies across the organization.
• Ensure Training Quality Guidelines and processes are followed.
• Provide the required documentation for all classes facilitated.
• Analyze classroom feedback and use it to improve facilitation techniques.

Learning Design & Continuous Improvement

• Review course curricula and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Design and develop instructional materials that support training objectives.
• Revise and update existing training content as business and learner needs change.
• Work with the L&D team to strengthen employee personal and professional competency development and application.

Needs Analysis & Effectiveness

• Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results.
• Conduct training needs analysis and research new training initiatives.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• Hands-on experience facilitating structured employee, corporate, or BPO training.
• Ability to review or develop curricula and instructional materials.
• Understanding of training needs analysis, learner feedback, and training-effectiveness measurement.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Analytical mindset and comfort turning performance or feedback data into learning improvements.
