What You Will Do

• Drive Operational Success: Oversee daily operations, ensure flawless execution of order fulfillment, tracking/tracing, and exception management, and consistently exceed client SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead and Develop Talent: Coach Team Leaders and frontline personnel, manage resource allocation for volume spikes, and cultivate a continuous-improvement culture.
• Manage Client Partnerships: Collaborate directly with international logistics clients, present data-driven performance reviews, and implement strategic process enhancements.
• Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the primary escalation point for critical logistics challenges, inventory discrepancies, and carrier coordination.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in BPO operations, including 2–3+ years in a leadership role directly managing Logistics, Freight, Transportation, or Supply Chain accounts.
• Industry Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS, SAP, Oracle) and core contact center tools.
• Key Metrics Mastery: Proven track record in balancing BPO metrics (SLA, CSAT, QA) alongside supply chain KPIs (OTIF, Exception Handling Speed).
• Strong Leadership: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules and seasonal surges.
