Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality and compliance
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve agent performance
- Ensure adherence to UK Collections processes and client standards
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare quality reports and participate in calibration sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least 2 years of Quality Analyst experience in a BPO or shared services environment
- Required: Experience supporting a UK Collections account
- Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills
