Role & responsibilities
- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition with min 6 months in International BPO volume hiring or F&A hiring
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment and bulk hiring
- Strong knowledge in Sourcing (From Portal/Social Media)
- Comfortable in doing cold calling and align 10-15 interviews daily
- Collecting & reviewing applications to shortlist right candidates.
- Posting/publishing available vacancies on major job posting sites.
