BPO Recruiter Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk recruitment for BPO/Customer Support/Telecalling profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, job portals, and employee references.
- Conduct high-volume calling and screening of candidates on a daily basis.
- Explain the job profile, salary (10,000–12,000), location, shift timings, incentives, and other benefits to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, eligibility, experience, and process requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and walk-ins with the hiring team.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and monthly bulk hiring targets.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
