We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in International BPO recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BDR, BDE, International Voice Process, and Customer Support Executive roles.
• Manage volume hiring and achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, experience, stability, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Work closely with the Operations and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant International BPO recruitment experience.
• Strong experience hiring for Voice, Customer Support, Sales, BDR/BDE profiles.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
• Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a day shift.
