BPO Sales Representative

About the role

We're looking for confident, driven, and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you have at least 1 year of sales experience, whether in BPO or non-BPO, and enjoy connecting with customers and closing deals, join a stable and supportive work environment where your performance is recognized, rewarded, and given opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Engage customers and identify their needs and interests
• Present products or services and communicate their value
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales
• Handle questions, objections, and concerns confidently
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
• Build positive customer relationships
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

About you

• At least 1 year of sales experience — BPO or non-BPO
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
