Hiring: BPO Sales Trainer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees in BPO sales processes.
• Train agents on sales techniques, communication skills, and customer handling.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve sales performance.
• Coordinate with the operations team to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a BPO sales process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of sales processes and training methods.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
