Team Lead – Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Lead to manage a team, monitor performance, achieve targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate tasks and monitor daily team performance.
• Guide team members and resolve work-related issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
• Track performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Handle escalations and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
