What they need
- Conduct engaging orientation sessions and structured training programs for new hires covering product knowledge, company values, and sales methodologies.
- Interactive role-playing sessions, and seminars on effective discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Call monitoring, and live call reviews with representatives.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training materials with current financial objectives, quotas, and market trends
- Monitor key performance metrics
- Deep working knowledge of modern sales processes and techniques
- Proficiency with CRM software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
