BPO Training Assistant | TP Alphaland

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in training, human resources, or related fields are preferred
• Proven experience in training coordination, training support, or human resources administration
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues in achieving training objectives
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in training records and documentation
• Customer-service orientation with a genuine desire to support employee development and success
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and operational requirements
• Basic knowledge of BPO operations or customer service processes is advantageous
