We are hiring for passionate and talented Training Supervisor for our awesome team!

As a Training Supervisor, you will include enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization. By overseeing our training initiatives, you will play a vital role in driving employee growth and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Training Lead/Supervisor experience on a BPO set up
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
• Must be willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
