Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through phone calls and explain products/services.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain customer details and update records.
• Achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the team.
• Submit basic daily/weekly work reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO or Customer Support.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Smartphone and stable internet connection.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
