BPR Consultant

BPR Consultant (DX & AI Transformation) Overview We are a fast-growing organization providing AI education through our proprietary program, along with generative AI, data utilization solutions, and end-to-end consulting services that support real-world implementation.

As demand for DX and AI adoption accelerates across industries, we are seeking a BPR Consultant who can drive tangible business outcomes through process transformation.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end initiatives-from business process visualization and KPI design to AI training and tool implementation-serving as a key driver of client transformation beyond conventional process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Primary Mission

• Lead and execute business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives for clients
• Design KPIs and establish performance management frameworks
• Bridge AI training programs with enterprise DX initiatives
• Support implementation of AI tools (Generative AI, RPA, SaaS, etc.)
• Drive DX and AI adoption through business transformation

Core Duties

• Conduct business process visualization (As-Is analysis) and design future-state (To-Be) models
• Develop, standardize, and optimize business workflows
• Define KPI/KGI frameworks and measure transformation outcomes
• Select and implement AI tools (Generative AI, BI tools, RPA, SaaS, etc.)
• Collaborate with the AI education program "DeepSquare" to plan and propose training initiatives
• Lead DX / AI implementation projects as a consultant and/or project manager
• Prepare proposals, design project structures, build delivery frameworks, and manage execution and quality

Scope And Responsibilities May Be Adjusted Based On Experience. This is a hybrid role spanning BPR × AI × Education. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BPR, business transformation, or DX initiatives
• Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement projects
• Experience designing KPIs and delivering measurable business improvements
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Project management experience (PM/PL or equivalent role)
• Ability to solve business challenges from both operational and technological perspectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) in business transformation
• Experience implementing AI tools, RPA, BI, ERP, or CRM systems
• Background in consulting firms, SIers, or SaaS companies
• Experience in AI training, DX talent development, or facilitation
• Basic knowledge of data analytics or Python
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation
• Ability to read English materials and research global DX trends

Compensation

• Annual salary: JPY 7,000,000 - 10,000,000
