The candidate will be working closely and assisting Finance and Accounting team (Türkiye).

Qualifications;

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting/Finance or related fields.
• 1-2 years experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Operates finance and accounting solutions that strengthen compliance and improve efficiency.
• Experience in outsourcing firm is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong follow-up and timeliness.
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills.

Roles&Responsibilities;

• Following the invoices which is coming and issued (e-invoice included)
• Issuing an Invoice and E-Invoice
• Preparing and documenting all required papers for the new projects
• Following of the administration and financial works
• Banking journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Liaise with relevant department/staff to obtain correct coding if necessary
• Monthly Bank reconciliation
• AP/AR clearing
• Assist with audit by providing evidences
• Basic reports monthly reports using excel
• Manage emails and quires, if required
