job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Bracelet Worker* to produce high-quality handmade bracelets. The ideal candidate should have good hand skills, an eye for design, and the ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

Production Cut, measure, string, bead, wire, and assemble bracelets according to design specifications

Design Support : Assist with creating new bracelet styles using beads, charms, leather, thread, wire, and other materials

Quality Control Inspect finished bracelets for defects and ensure consistent quality and sizing

• *Materials Management*: Prepare materials for production and maintain inventory of beads, clasps, cords, tools, etc.

• *Packaging*: Package finished bracelets neatly with tags/labels for retail

• *Targets*: Meet daily/weekly production targets without compromising quality

• *Workstation Care*: Keep work area clean, organized, and tools in good condition

• *Collaboration*: Work with designers and supervisors to improve techniques and meet customer orders

*Requirements & Qualifications*

• *Experience: No experience required Beginners with passion will be trained

Skills

• Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail

• Knowledge of beading techniques, wire wrapping, knotting, and clasping

• Ability to follow design samples and replicate styles

• Creativity and good color matching sense

• *Other*: Patience, reliability, and ability to work fast under deadlines

• *Tools*: Familiarity with pliers, cutters, beading needles is an advantage

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per week
