Brain Training Assistant

About the role

A role supporting Brain Wellness and Cognitive Development Centre operations, helping children and adults improve focus, learning ability, and emotional wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on Brain Wellness services and guide clients through registration and assessment procedures
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients
• Provide feedback, advice, and progress updates to parents regarding their child's training journey
• Follow up with new clients to schedule assessments, training sessions, and handle payment coordination
• Guide clients through the EEG brain assessment process, ensuring comfort and accuracy
• Assist students in completing neurofeedback training sessions safely and effectively
• Monitor and record students' progress, attendance, and any changes in training routines
• Ensure training equipment and rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use
• Handle daily correspondence, report preparation, and necessary documentation related to brain tests and training programs
• Prepare, maintain, and file all student records including new enrolments, attendance, and discontinued students
