About the Role:

Branch Accounting In-Charge is responsible for managing the daily accounting and financial activities of the branch. This role ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded, documents are complete and accurate, and branch reports are prepared and submitted on time.

Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor daily branch transactions.
• Handle cash, collections, and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconcile cash and financial records.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related degree.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to undergo training.
