Role & responsibilities

Branch Facility & Admin Operations

• Manage day-to-day branch administrative operations, office maintenance, facility upkeep, and utility management.
• Oversee workplace safety, soft services (housekeeping, pest control), and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) at the branch level.
• Coordinate employee transportation, local travel desks, and corporate event logistics.

Local Sourcing & Procurement Execution

• Execute local purchasing across facility management categories, including operational consumables, office supplies, repair services, and local manpower support.
• Obtain competitive quotes, negotiate pricing, and raise purchase requisitions in alignment with central procurement policies.
• Manage local vendor relationships, track service level agreements (SLAs), and evaluate quarterly vendor performance.

Cost Control & Spend Management

• Monitor local administrative budgets, track monthly branch spend, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Review vendor invoices, verify local service completion, and process timely payments with finance teams.

Compliance, Audits & Asset Management

• Ensure branch adherence to corporate governance, local labor regulations, and statutory health and safety standards.
• Manage branch asset registers, conduct physical inventory audits, and oversee asset disposal or repairs.
• Facilitate internal and external audits for branch operations and vendor compliance**.**
