Branch and Sales Support

Window Treatments NZ Ltd is a nationwide leading manufacturer of Curtains, Blinds, Shutters, Awnings, Louvre Roofs and Insect Screens.

We are seeking a hard-working, friendly individual to join the team as a Branch and Sales Support Administrator, based at our Dunedin showroom. This is an entry-level, full time role, with days of work being Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Duties will include:

• Customer service – both in person at our showroom and over the phone
• Providing information on our extensive range of products
• Organising team diaries and booking appointments
• Providing administration support to our team of sales consultants and Area Manager
• Coordinating freight collections and deliveries
• Other administrative duties as needed

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in administration and customer service is welcomed, but a willingness to learn is essential
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a calm demeanour under pressure
• Strong computer skills
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude

The successful applicant will receive training across our systems and software, giving them the flexibility to work in our fast-paced team environment, where each day is a little different.
