Branch Assistant

• Previous experience in retail, administration, customer service, or a similar branch environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with invoicing, quotations and customer transactions
• Good computer literacy; experience with Pastel or similar accounting systems would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
• Reliable, punctual and responsible work ethic
• Ability to assist with operational duties when required
• Experience in LPG, welding or related products would be advantageous
