Hank’s Specialties is looking to a hire a Branch Associate employee based in Green Bay, WI. This position will also assist with warehouse duties as needed. Generally, the hours of this position will be 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Associate. As the Branch Associate, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the branch operations. Fulfill logistical needs in processing, store inventory, picking orders, ensuring orders are going out for deliveries, customer service, and counter service. Working with our contractors to provide installation solutions in our Green Bay Branch

Responsibilities:
· Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.

· Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations, exp. dates.

· Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.

· Assist the Branch Manager in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.

· Properly enter bids, quotes, and orders for customers, managers, and outside sales personnel.

· Take telephone sales and provide information services for customers and outside sales personnel.

· Restock, clean, and organize shelves in the showroom.

· Follow the proper opening and closing procedures.

· Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.

· Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

· Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe, and orderly.

· Communicate personally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

· The ability to load and unload materials on/off delivery trucks; ability to receive materials in the warehouse.

· Be able to fill in at the branch when branch manager is gone or work at other branches to support PTO schedules.

Qualifications

Education & Experiences:

· Floor covering experience preferred

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience

· 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment

· Able to perform basic math and reading comprehension.

· Must be able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

· Forklift experience and certification are a plus.

· Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.

· Ability to walk or stand for a long period.

· Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
