Key Responsibilities

• Conduct branch audits and review banking operations, processes, and internal controls.
• Identify operational risks, compliance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Analyze audit observations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
• Prepare audit reports, MIS, and data-driven insights.
• Support improvements in governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of branch banking operations.
• Knowledge of internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple audit assignments within defined timelines.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
