Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance sales activities at branch level, focusing on cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive business growth through joint efforts.
• Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life insurance policies to existing clients of the bank.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
