Role & responsibilities

• Ensure proper verification of customer documents and compliance with bank policies.
• Update customer details and maintain accurate records in the bank's systems.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Support senior branch staff in business development activities.
• Participate in customer meetings and local marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, regulatory, and internal banking procedures.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
• Work effectively with the branch team to achieve overall branch objectives.
