Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Coordinate workflows, cash management, transaction approvals, and facility maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and supervise branch personnel to maintain a customer-focused culture.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, security controls, and risk management policies.
- Customer Service: Act as an escalation point for complex issues and deliver high-quality support to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in branch operations, retail management, or financial services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, regulatory compliance knowledge, and proficiency in relevant software or banking systems
