We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on team player to join our Queensland branch.

This isn't your typical desk job.

One minute you might be helping a customer over the phone, the next you'll be booking freight, processing an order, receiving stock, or helping get equipment out the door. If you enjoy variety and like being an important part of a close-knit team, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be DoingLooking After Customers

• Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing sales orders and quotations
• Keeping customers updated on orders and deliveries
• Delivering the friendly, helpful service we're known for

Keeping the Office Running Smoothly

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders
• Managing branch paperwork and documentation
• Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team

Getting Hands-On in the Warehouse

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Keeping the warehouse organised and efficient
• Assisting with stock control and stocktakes

Making Logistics Happen

• Booking freight and coordinating transport providers
• Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
• Managing freight paperwork and documentation
• Helping ensure products get where they need to be, on time

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything about blasting and industrial equipment—we can teach that.

What we can't teach is a great attitude.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service
• Is organised and pays attention to the little details
• Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when required
• A current driver's licence

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in customer service, administration, warehousing or logistics
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
• A forklift licence
