Branch Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
• Maintain branch office systems, records and documentation.
• Supervise office staff and support smooth branch functioning.
• Maintain daily student attendance and related records.
• Conduct follow-up calls for absentees and fee collections.
• Assist the Branch Head with daily operational activities.
• Handle petty cash and maintain expense records.
• Manage walk-in and telephone enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with students and parents regarding academic and administrative matters.
• Prepare and submit timely reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Ensure smooth execution of branch activities and operational goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Good administrative and organizational abilities.
• Presentable, responsible and proactive.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in branch coordination, administration, student handling or educational institutes can be considered.
