About Us

Nexg Future India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations in Kilimanoor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage sales targets and drive business growth for the branch
• Lead, guide, and motivate the branch team to achieve performance goals
• Handle customer relations and ensure high service standards
• Manage inventory, stock, and coordinate with the central office
• Prepare and report on branch performance, sales, and targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Age: Below 30 years
• Qualification: Any Degree
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electronics sector (smartphones, laptops, home appliances)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of sales and branch operations in the electronics/retail industry
