Branch Development Specialist (Site Sourcing)

The Branch Development Specialist (BDS) is responsible in supporting the expanding the company’s market footprint through strategic partnerships and innovative growth initiatives. His role includes assistance on assessing potential business ventures, negotiating advantageous terms, and recommending strategies to attract property owners. He will also support the market analysis for easier decision-making, while also establishing networks with industry players to uncover new opportunities. By implementing best practices and staying updated on market trends, the BDS ultimately enhances operational efficiency and supports the company's long-term strategic goals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assesses and negotiates terms with potential business partners and ventures for company benefit to secure advantageous partnerships that drive revenue and market expansion.
2. Support BDO in market analysis to generate insights that shape effective business development strategies and decisions.
3. Implements best practices for site sourcing initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business development efforts.
4. Stays abreast of market trends, tools, and technologies to enhance position of the company to leverage new opportunities and technologies for competitive advantage.
5. Coordinates with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
6. Support to track and report on project milestones and progress to management to provide clear visibility into business development initiatives, supporting informed leadership decisions.
7. Assists in refining policies and procedures for operational efficiency to streamline operations, driving improvements in business performance.
8. Provides regular updates and recommendations based on market insights to facilitate timely adjustments to strategies based on evolving market conditions.
9. Fosters relationships with key stakeholders to build a supportive network that contributes to successful business initiatives.
