Branch Director

Bee Logistics is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Director to lead our Ho Chi Minh City office, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Founded in 2004, Bee Logistics has grown into a leading Vietnamese logistics service provider with an extensive domestic network and an expanding international presence. As we continue to pursue sustainable growth and enhance our global capabilities, we are seeking a strategic leader to take our HCMC branch to the next level.

Working location: TTC Building, 253 Hoang Van Thu, Tan Son Hoa, HCMC

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branch business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Lead and manage branch operations, including sales, freight forwarding, customer service, and other relevant functions.
• Drive business development, expand the customer portfolio, and strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Ensure operational excellence, service quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
• Work closely with Head Office and other branches to align business objectives and support the company's overall growth strategy.

Requirements (Vietnamese candidate only)

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry , with a proven track record in business development, commercial management, and branch or business unit leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large teams of 100+ employees , with strong people management, organizational leadership, and team development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of international freight forwarding, including air freight, ocean freight, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in English
