Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer enquiries.
• Assist customers with gold loan applications, documentation, and KYC verification.
• Support gold loan processing and coordinate with the concerned team for gold valuation and loan disbursement.
• Maintain customer records, transaction details, and branch documentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support business development activities and achieve branch targets.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and applicable financial compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn financial operations and gold loan procedures.
• Candidates should be willing to work at any of the assigned Surat branches.
