Role: Branch Head / Centre Head

Key Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of the branchs academic, operational, and business performance.
• Drive student enrolments, revenue, collections, and branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage academic, sales, marketing, counselling, and administrative teams.
• Monitor counsellor performance, lead conversion, walk-ins, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Ensure smooth execution of classes, tests, parent meetings, doubt sessions, and academic activities.
• Track student attendance, performance, retention, and parent/student satisfaction.
• Build relationships with students, parents, schools, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, reporting, and quality standards.
• Analyse branch MIS and take corrective actions to improve performance.
• Handle escalations from students, parents, and employees.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch staff.
• Coordinate with regional/zonal management on business and academic initiatives.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred for business-focused roles.
• Typically 8-14+ years of experience, preferably in education, EdTech, coaching, or a related sales/operations environment.
• Experience managing a team and revenue/business targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, MIS, CRM, and performance metrics.
• Strong customer/student orientation.
