Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
• Oversee sales activities, including setting targets, tracking performance, and providing coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on business operations or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including lending processes, deposit products, and customer service standards.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy development.
