Branch Head

Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations and achieve business, sales, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute branch business and people strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and manage branch manpower needs, allocation, and productivity.
• Monitor branch performance, KPI achievement, and operational efficiency.
• Identify business opportunities and drive sustainable branch growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
• Manage employee development, performance, engagement, and succession planning.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch, business, sales, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and people management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving business and sales targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Willing to be placed in Depok, West Java.
