Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 5 to 10 years in Insurance Broking / General Insurance, with relevant experience in managing a branch or business unit.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, business development, and revenue growth.

• Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and achievement of branch targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and key stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team to ensure productivity and target achievement.

• Oversee client servicing, renewals, operational processes, and timely resolution of escalations.

• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.

• Monitor MIS, business performance, and ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of General Insurance / Insurance Broking

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
