Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through cross-selling products and services.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• Proven track record in managing branches or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations, including cash handling procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving goals.
