Branch Head

The Branch Head-Advertisement Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, business development, client acquisition, key account management, and overall sales performance across Gujarat. He will also be responsible for overall branch coordination and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, operational standards, and safety requirements.

• Develop and implement advertisement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Gujarat for advertisement sales.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across Gujarat for advertisement sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and brands.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance and target achievement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8 To 10 years of e at least 3 years in media/advertisement and leadership role.
