Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student admissions, sales, revenue, and branch growth.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Handle student/parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of monthly goals.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, students, and parents.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and excellent customer service.
