Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager to manage business operations, drive growth, and develop strategic opportunities in the education sector. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and business partners.

• Monitor sales, admissions, and overall business performance.

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Prepare regular business reports and performance updates.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.

• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and admissions.

• Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure excellent customer/student experience and address concerns effectively.

Requirements

• MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in the education industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage a team.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, colleges, or business schools will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
