Branch Head

About the role

We are seeking a Branch Head – Sales and Collection to lead our team at Filsiklos – Olongapo Branch. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations, driving sales performance, monitoring collections, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Head will also be responsible for maintaining accurate branch records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
2. Leading and supervising the Sales Team to achieve branch sales targets
3. Monitoring daily sales performance, reservations, releases, and customer transactions
4. Managing and monitoring branch collections and ensuring timely submission of payments and collection reports
5. Reviewing and reconciling daily sales and collection reports
6. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and sales-related transactions
7. Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding customer payments
8. Coordinating with the Accounting, Treasury, and other departments regarding sales, collections, and branch concerns
9. Ensuring proper handling and safekeeping of cash, documents, and other company assets
10. Maintaining accurate and organized branch records and reports
11. Ensuring that branch employees follow company policies, procedures, and standards
12. Conducting regular monitoring of branch performance and providing updates to management
13. Addressing operational issues and implementing appropriate solutions when needed
14. Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly branch environment

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in branch management, sales, collections, or motorcycle/automotive dealership operations
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills
4. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
5. Experience in handling and monitoring cash collections and financial documents
6. Ability to monitor sales targets and branch performance
7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions
8. Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company funds and confidential documents
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
10. College graduate is preferred
11. Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required
