Branch Head

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head – Study Abroad to lead our Kottayam branch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the counselling and sales team, driving student admissions, developing business opportunities, and ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Kottayam branch.
• Drive student enquiries, counselling, applications, and admissions.
• Achieve monthly and annual branch admission and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the counselling and sales team.
• Handle important student and parent consultations when required.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and branch performance.
• Monitor enquiry follow-ups, CRM updates, applications, and admission status.
• Build relationships with students, parents, institutions, and other relevant partners.
• Ensure the team provides accurate information regarding courses, universities, countries, intakes, and admission requirements.
• Coordinate with processing, visa, and other internal teams for smooth student progression.
• Track branch KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify local marketing and business-development opportunities to increase branch enquiries.
• Maintain professional standards, compliance, and service quality across the branch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum **2* -**3 years of relevant experience* in Study Abroad / Overseas Education / Education Sales.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead / Branch Manager / Branch Head role will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of international education and study-abroad destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and team-management abilities.
• Target-oriented with good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong student counselling and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and basic reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
