Mengelola dan memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional cabang berjalan efektif dan efisien
Mengawasi fungsi sales, aftersales, serta administrasi
Menyusun strategi untuk mencapai target penjualan unit, service, dan sparepart
Mengembangkan peluang pasar dan meningkatkan market share
Mengawasi laporan keuangan dan cash flow cabang
Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan komunitas lokal
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Pengalaman di industri otomotif dan posisi manajerial minimal 3-5 tahun
- Memiliki networking yang luas di industri otomotif/leasing
- Mampu mengoperasikan sistem dan laporan berbasis digital
- Mengawasi laporan keuangan dan cash flow cabang
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan komunitas lokal
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris
