Branch Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer needs.
• Lead a team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase retail liabilities, CASA sales, insurance sales, mutual funds sales, and other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service quality.

Job Requirements :

• 7-12 years' experience in retail banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of branch handling, branch management, branch sales, casa sales, insurance sales, liability products (including mortgages), mutual funds sales.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams for better results.
