Branch Head

This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business development, achieving premium production targets, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop local marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and business partners.
• Monitor premium production, policy renewals, and collection performance.
• Coordinate with Head Office departments on underwriting, policy issuance, claims, and other operational matters.
• Supervise branch personnel and monitor individual and overall branch performance.
• Ensure proper documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
