About the Role

The Chennai Mobiles is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage our Pattambi branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales, team management, customer handling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Drive sales of mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, profitability, and branch performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain proper store discipline, grooming, attendance, and operational standards.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and product displays.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and processes are followed.
• Analyse sales performance and take corrective actions to improve results.
• Coordinate with the management and submit regular branch performance reports.
• Train and develop team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales/branch management.
• Experience in mobile retail, electronics, FMCG, or similar retail sectors will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales and profitability.
• Good knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and current market trends.
• Ability to manage branch operations independently.
• Should be willing to take ownership of branch performance.
