Branch Head - Kinder City

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children and parents.
• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and other branch performance indicators.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and activities to increase customer traffic and revenue.
• Generate new ideas and strategies to improve branch operations and customer engagement.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular branch reports and updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in branch operations, retail, hospitality, leisure, or a related industry.
• Experience in marketing, promotions, or business development is an advantage.
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to develop new ideas to attract customers and improve the business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
